1. Crack the eggs to the bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water.
2. Then, lightly mix them together with fork to co-mingle
3. After that, cook them in low and slow so turn the stove into a medium low.
4. Add ½ teaspoon of coconut oil to the pan.
5. Once the oil has melted and you’ve got a nice thin coating on the bottom of your pan.
6. Give early mixture one last mix and then put it to the pan.
7. Put salt right over the top.
8. When the light fluffy curds of eggs start to form just keep moving it along then right before your eggs are where you like them.
9. Shut off the heat because eggs will go from light and fluffy.
10. The scrumbled eggs is ready to serve.

Ingredients for Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo:
►2 lbs Chicken Breast
►3/4 lbs fettuccine pasta (or angel hair or vermicelli pasta)
►1 lb white mushrooms thickly sliced
►1 small onion finely chopped
►3 cloves garlic minced
►3 1/2 cups half and a half *
►1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
►1 tsp sea salt or to taste, plus more for pasta water
►1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
►3 Tbsp olive oil divided
►1 Tbsp butter
Step by step:
1. Cook 12 ounce of fettuccine pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the package instruction
2. Once the noodles are slightly firm to the bite, you can drain them and set them aside.
3. While the pasta is cooking, you can prepare the ingredients so that noodls and the sauce are done about the same time
4. Thickly slice 1 pound of white mushrooms. The mushrooms give the sauce great flavor
5. Finely chop 1 small onion and the finer you chop, the easier will disappear into sauce
6. Mince three large garlic cloves and don’t skip garlic, it makes sauce taste gourmet
7. Sliced two pounds of chicken breast into strips and if your chicken breast are verly large you can cut them in half first horizontally.
8. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
9. Place a large, very deep pan or Dutch oven would work over medium heat and add two tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and saute stirring occasionally for about minutes or until cooked.
10. Removed the chicken from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan, over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of oil in a tbsp of butter, then saute the onion for about 3 minutes.
11. Add the sliced mushrooms and saute stirring occasionally for 5 to 7 minutes and the mushrooms are lightly borwned.
12. Add the minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds for it become fragrant, then add 3 and ½ cups of half-and-half.
13. Bring that to a light boil and let it cook for about 6-10 minutes. Add the cooked back to the pan, along with ¼ cup of freshly chopped parsley and season to taste.
14. Now, add the cooked and drained pasta back to the pan and stir everything together.
15. Cover with the lid and let it rest for at least ten minutes or until the sauce coats the noodles for about 10-12 minutes
16. Let the pasta absorb the sauce and thickened slightly as it cools.
17. Serve it to the plate and pasta is ready to eat.

Ingredients :
l 3 cups of flour
l 3 cups of sugar

l 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
l 4 eggs
l 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Put some softened butter onto a paper towel and then spread it around the bottom and sides of the pan. Make sure you get all the sides and edges if you don’t want the cake to be stick.
3. Then pour some cocoa powder, sprinkle it in, and shake the pan back and forth. So you can cover all of the bottom.
4. Tap out the excess and turn it so it gets all of the sides covered. Then make sure you give it a hard couple of pats.
5. Tap out all of the excess either into a garbage can or the sink and set those pans aside.
6. Next, in a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, 3 cups of sugar, 1 1/2 cups of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and give a quick whisk to combine it.
7. Put in 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups buttermilk, 1 1/2 cups hot water, 1/2 cup vegetable. Then mix this all together and make sure that there’s no flour or cocoa powder left on the side.
8. Scrap the sides and the bottom to make sure everything got in.
9. Divide the batter among the three pans use a measuring cup and scoop it in. Fill each pan evenly.
10. Bake these in the 350 degree F oven or about 30-35 minutes and make sure that you move the rack to the center so that you are baking the cake in the very center of the oven.
11. Once they’re done, remove them from the oven and place them on a wire rack to cool. Let them cool for about 10 minutes before turning them over and removing them from the pan.
12. While you’re waiting the cake to cool you can go ahead and put together your frosting.
13. Then, start out with 8 ounces of cream cheese in a bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of softened butter, and whip this together.
14. Once it is light and fluffy, add 1 1/2 cups coca powder, and mix this again.
15. Add a couple tablespoons of milk, then mix again.
16. Then add in 8 cups of powdered sugar total about 1 cup at a time. Use a scraper just to make sure all of that powdered sugar gets mixed in.
17. Once cakes are cool, put it all together with the frosting.
18. Cake is ready to serve.

4. Throw the butter into a saucepan and wait until it melts.
5. Add the onion and the can of tomatoes. since this will be simmering a while, add some water to thin it out a bit and some salt so it’s well seasoned.
6. Stir it then gently break each tomato into a couple pieces.
7. Cook at low, simmer for about 40 minutes. When the soup is done, move it to a blender an blend it.
8. Cover with the lid, but don’t add the stopper. Instead, rest a dishtowel on top and cover with your hand.
9. Since the soup is still hot, if you did not do this, it would go everywhere.
10. Add grilled cheese to dip into tomato soup.
11. Serve the soup in big bowls and enjoy !
