Richard St. John said about secrets success in 8 word :
1. Passion
Doing something because you love it, not for money or anything else. He also said to do it for love and money comes anyway
2.Work
It’s all hard work. Nothing comes easily. But, you have a lot of fun
3.Good
There is no magic on success. Just practice and good thing will come.
4.Focus
All we have to do is focusing yourself to nothing
5.Push
We have to push shyness and self-doubt from ourselves. It is not easy to push ourselves and sometime our mother will take part in it
6.Serve
You can serve other something of value.
7.Ideas
Ideas can be build by listening, observe, be curious, ask questions, problem solve, and make connections.
8.Persist
Persistence is the number one of success.

What make you, you? Psychologist like to talk about our traits, or defines characteristics that make us who we are.
But, Brian Little is more interested in moments when we transcend those traits, sometimes because our culture demand it of us and sometimes because we demand it ourselves.
John Little as he dissects the surprising differences between introvert and extrovert and explain why your personality may be malleable than you think.
