Summary: What was the listening selection about?
If teacher in school said that grammar is the
key of English, grammar is important, but AJ.Hoge not really agree with that
statement. Aj Hoge said that learn grammar does not work for your speaking.
You can speak instantly without thinking about simple present tense, future
past tense. It can makes you speak verly slowly. Grammar can hurt your
speaking ability. If you think about grammar rules it can makes you confused.
But, Grammar is okay if it use for writing and academic Then, he said that

Lesson 1 : Speak English Clearly ! The Imitation
|
-
|
Summary: What was the listening selection about?
Usually, imitating is copying action or words.
In this video the speaker shares some tips to
Speak English Clearly and confidently.
1. I listen to her and read the text at the same time. So, I will be able to hear the stresses in their expressions and read them as well.
2. It's my turn to imitate her stress, intonation, and pronunciation. I'm going to hear her read each sentence, and there will be a pause after each one.
3. Shadow her.
It's a little bit tricky because I have to listening and speaking at the same time.
